It has been a while!( Izzy)

Hey people!
I am so sorry that I have not been blogging! We were in Uruguay for the last few days and it was beautiful! We went to this awesome Four-Seasons resort because our friends were staying there, and it was amazingly luxurious. We stayed in a two-story apartment-like room that had a separate room for the shower! It was also right on the river (second largest in the WORLD) so you could go to the perfectly white sandy beach. The river looks like it has sludge on it for the first few yards, but it is actually rock that you can walk on. Very cool.
We also went to a cute little riverside town called Colonia. It Was also on the beach. It is so perfect and small and quiet and cute! I loved it so much. It looks like it's on the Atlantic beach but the river is just really big. We went to the beach and you can walk out amazingly far and just be up to your thighs. A guy was so far out that you could hardly see him and he was still walking. A-mazing!!! We collected sea glass and put it in a blue-green water bottle with the label torn off and it looks wonderfully pretty.
We are learning Spanish fast and I am starting to figure out what the heck everyone is saying. Miss the lot of you,
